Cherryfield Contra Dance

The Cherryfield Academy Community Center, at 53 Main Street in Cherryfield, will be hosting a Contra Dance on September 3rd, 2022 from 7pm to 10pm!   The fabulous Gus LaCasse and his fiddle will be making magic, motivational music!  Shepsie Eaton will be directing and teaching the motion!  All ages and abilities are welcome.  Watchers, who want to check out the scene, hear some great live music and postpone dancing until another time, are welcome also:-). Some refreshments and basic beverages will be provided.  Snacky contributions are welcome.  The Cherryfield Academy is located just a few hundred yards up Route 193 from Route 1 following the Narraguagus River upstream.

Covid concerns are ever present and we ask that you be sensitive to protecting others at the Dance.  Testing before coming would be the ultimate.  Hoping that everyone is vaccinated and boosted.  Masks and hand sanitizer will be available and their use is encouraged but optional. You are also encouraged to bring your own protective equipment and supplies.
