Cherryfield Contra Dance

Bring your foolish self and some foolish friends and find yourself where the fun is at the Cherryfield Contra Dance taking place on Saturday, April 1st from 7 to 10pm at the Cherryfield Academy Community Center!  The triple fun talents of Shepsie Eaton, Molly Gawler and Bennett Konesni will be on full display playing and calling and teaching all the Dances!  Could this be Beet Bucket:-)?  Everyone is welcome – all ages and abilities.  Spectators curious about Contra Dancing and people who just love great live music are enthusiastically encouraged to come “check it out”!

There will be a refreshment table with snacks, and a hydration station with pitchers of water and cups. Come for the cookies and stay for the Dancing:-)  You are most welcome to bring contributions to the refreshments, but please try to keep them Covid safe. Masks and sanitizer will be available and their use strongly encouraged. Testing before coming can be extremely helpful. If you are not feeling well, or know you have been seriously exposed to Covid, or any illness, please refrain from coming.
The Cherryfield Academy is located at 53 Main Street just 200 yards north of Route 1 on Route 193.  There is a 10 dollar suggested donation for adults, with children less.
