Contra dance with music by Riptide and caller Ezra Smith at the State Street Church near Longfellow Square.
Riptide is Owen Marshall (guitar), Alden Robinson (fiddle), and Glen Loper (mandolin, banjo, percussion).

This event is part of the weekly Thursday night Portland Intown Contra Dance series.
Dance roles are gender-free. New and experienced dancers of all ages are invited.
$10 at the door. Enter through the courtyard.
Lesson for first-time dancers at 7:00; dance 7:30-10:00.
Parking is free after 6pm on street around the State Street/West End neighborhood. We recommend budgeting time to find a spot.
