Portland Intown Contra Dance

Contra dance with music by Anadama and callers Dugan Murphy and Annabel Dryden at the State Street Church near Longfellow Square.
Anadama is Bethany Waickman (guitar), Emily Troll (accordian), and Amelia Mason (fiddle). Â Annabel, a new caller from southern New Hampshire, will call half the night. Â Dugan will call the other half. Â More info on the PICD website.
This event is part of the weekly Thursday night Portland Intown Contra Dance series.
Dance roles are gender-free. New and experienced dancers of all ages are invited.
$10 at the door. Â Enter through the courtyard.
Lesson for first-time dancers at 7:00; dance 7:30-10:00.
Parking is free after 6pm on street around the State Street/West End neighborhood. We recommend budgeting time to find a spot.
