Waltz Workshop + Open Dance
January 29 , 6:15 pm – 9:00 pm
Join Alyssa Adkins and Alex Hennings for an evening of waltz! We’ll teach some fun connection exercises and flourishes, followed by open waltzing.

We’ll end when the magic runs out, somewhere between 8:30 and 10.
Cost: $10 to $20 suggested donation
We will be doing the type of folk waltz done at contra dances, which is different from formal ballroom waltz.
No partner necessary and any experience level is welcome. Just bring yourself, your friends and loved ones, shoes that you can spin well in, and water. Casual attire, or fancy if you desire.
Well-fitting KN95 or N95 masks worn over nose and mouth at all times are required to attend. There is no vaccine requirement for this event.
This event is organized by Alyssa and Alex. If all goes well, we might do a series of these events. We hope you join us.
