We’re sorry to say that Cojiro will not be able to play for the Kennebec Contra this evening. One of the duo came down with a virus (not COVID, but serious enough to induce a fever). It would be hard on them to travel and play under these circumstances, and they’d really rather not share the virus. We’re working on rebooking Cojiro sometime soon, and possibly arranging a house concert. Ellen Gawler and Fred White have offered to step in and play the dance for us. We’ll have a good time, and send healing thoughts to Cojiro.

• Suggested donation: $15 to $25. Pay more if you can; our musicians are worth it
• If you can’t pay $15, pay what you can. Even if you have no money, you should dance.
• Children free. Teenagers $8. Children are our future.
